I would say, don't react. at least don't run around fighting back. i know you want to but consider this...
she's trying to make you look bad, with a bonus of making herself look good for "praying for the sinner". If you act out against her, get spitting mad and start screaming that she's a big dumb liar ... you'll give weight to her lies. You'll show them that she was right to think you need help.
Instead of that ... tell your immediate family that it's not true, perhaps even explain what you think she's trying to do. If you think they'll listen.
For everyone else, just shrug it off. If they confront you, don't get mad - or at least don't let them see that you are. Shrug, maybe say "I don't know where that one came from." and then drop the subject. refuse to be led back to it. if they try just pretend they didn't say anything or excuse yourself politely.
Why? Because it may take some time but eventually it'll be clear that she's just lying to make you look bad.
So, some may always believe her but, others will get tired of listening to her go on and on and on about you. And some will eventually tell her to STFU and stop lying.
or in a nutshell, by refusing to react to her, you make yourself look good and make her look petty. all without saying one thing against her.
