I think you are depressed. Trust me I've been for more than 10 years. You have all the classic signs. I'd suggest you get out and find motivation elsewhere. You probably need a change of scenery for a bit. Try to think positive even if the feelings are dragging you down. Hope you get out of your funk otherwise get checked. There's no shame in that. It could most likely be a chemical imbalance in your brain that doesn't release enough serotonin, basically your "happy juice".
