Judging from the picture I'm 99% sure you probably have:

#1 A high accumulation of visceral fat and much less subcutaneous fat (the squishy kind) - as well as some fluid retention most likely caused because of a diet too high in sodium and carbohydrates

#2 Weak TVA/APT muscles contributing to consistently pore posture. Go to Google and look up the group of muscles that contribute to an "Anterior Pelvic Tilt"

    #3 Genetics and hormones

I doubt you need to see a doctor about it, this is reversible but it takes some hard work and time. You can drastically improve the first two areas but the third is a little more tricky.

The good news is visceral fat melts off pretty easily with high intensity cardio on a regular basis. I'm not sure how old you are, but start a routine at least 4 times a week where you can get your heart rate to about 80% of its max for 30 minutes or more. If you're out of shape start at 60% of your max and work your way up. Your maximum heart rate is roughly 220 - your age. I'm 26, so mine is 194.

If you don't know what any of this means, I recommend orange theory.

Lower your sodium intake, lower your carbohydrate intake (especially refined), and lower alcohol consumption if you drink. Also don't be afraid of healthy foods such as broccoli or lentils. They might bloat you short term, but the extra fiber long term will be very good for you.

As far as your posture and core muscles go, I recommend core exercises and stretches after (yes after) cardio in addition to seeing a GOOD chiropractor on at least a weekly basis. Don't go to a hole in the wall chiropractor. You'd probably benefit from some traction and adjustments. Not only is it good for posture, it also relieves stress - which transitions me to my final suggestion!

It's no doubt about it that genetics are the most stubborn factor in some cases, but there are still some things you can do to balance hormones. I'd make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night among other things. Being a believer in herbal medicine I would also make it a routine to consume things such as white tea, ashwagandha, and eleuthero root. White tea has far more antioxidants than green tea and also increases your metabolism. Ashwagandha and eleuthero root are two of the most powerful, and understood adapogens in the world. If you're unfamiliar with adapogens, what they do is actually help your body resist future stress by promoting homeostasis within the body. By stress, I mean all physically, chemically, biologically and psychologically noxious factors. Sound too good to be true? Well, they won't fix you all by themselves but there is a whole lot of truth to it. I recommend you read about what PubMed has to say about adaptogens in the link I attached below. PubMed is used as a reference by virtually every med school in the United States. It's basically a gigantic online library for nerds full of 100% peer reviewed research and biomedical literature. Far better than Wikipedia 😉

Anyway, best of luck to you sir!

It still seems odd that your fat should be so concentrated on just your belly. Perhaps you should seek out some medical advice?

I think you should see a doctor.

Either a helluva lot of fat, or a tumour.
