  • Here are a couple more psychological tricks (which may or may not seem to help a situation)..you just need to fake it till you make it or keep faking it I guess..see a psychologist) (they can help)..for at least temporary.. Anyway, say the opposite of negative thoughts..to be positive, you have to think mostly MOSTLY positive thoughts..and get the people around at least considering the points you are making..and if they have ears..they have to process things in their subconscious apparatus. There is also thought replacement, which is similar. If you aren't having helpful thoughts, replace them with thoughts that are helpful. If your family seems disfunctional, 'adopt' a functional family and think of them as family figures..it may really help.

    ..and even if you don't feel/act completely positive/social ALL the time..you are human, you have moods, stick up for your right to down time if you need it!
