While I see what led you to this ultimatum, I don't think it's normal to even have to present it. I know this doesn't answer your question, but I think the real solution is just to leave this person. I wouldn't so easily believe that all that she's done is all due to her friends' influence, and even if that is true, someone who could be influenced into hurting you so much like that doesn't seem like someone you should be around.
