She's got an eating disorder and some issues with how she feels about herself. But she's going to be messed up for a while and it might take losing a good friend like you to make her realise how flawed her behaviour is. I was in her position a few years ago and it took something pretty jarring to snap me out of it. That's an unhealthy relationship and you'd do best to get out of it. Instead of just abandoning her flat out slowly cut off ties with her and when she's dine acting like an irrational cow she can come crawling back to you.
