If you want some faster results that REALLY worked for me, I have a simple piece of advice. You need to incorporate weight lifting. By increasing muscle you increase your metabolism. What has REALLY REALLY worked for me, and I recommend it. If you try this you will not regret it. You get some organic hamburger. Not that expensive, maybe $8 for a package or so and that feeds 2 or 3 people maybe. Ok before you work out, eat some of the organic grass fed hamburger, then when you lift weights, you do SLOW reps. pretend that the weights are a slow moving elevator. it's a lot harder but you see results like the next day after you sleep. I tried this method after seeing this girl lifting weights, I swear she looked like She-Ra. She would use small weights, really super slow like perfect as if it was a piece of equipment on a belt or something. then went up to higher weights but always SLOW and CONTROLLED. If you have cellulite, do this with the squats or a machine that works the glutes. If it's hard don't give up. If you're out of shape in the area it's bcuz you're weak there. just try and try and give it your all and you will not be disappointed. When I started eating the hamburger, it gave me a BIG leg up too. There is a big difference between non organic that just makes you gain weight, and the type that is converted to energy instead of fat. Just try this method once and you'll be hooked!
