    Goodness, my cat just turned 10 as well but I think of him being middle aged, not 75% through. My previous cat died at 16.

          Cats are great companions. I wish your buddy stays around for many years ahead. Just remember to take him to a vet at any change in his behaviour.

              I love dogs and other animals but have always been a cat person. Fascinating and magical creatures which should be protected.
