I've heard about that and I think that explains my irritating family. No matter how much I try to defend my atheistic beliefs and try to back it up why I don't believe in their shit, I am faced with talking to a stone that works on double standards.
If I said something supporting Christianity, they would agree with me instantly. If I said something against it...and brought evidence to back my side up, they would outright say it's not true and that I'm lying.
See the double standard? There's certain people in this world who aren't looking for truth, they're looking for a belief that makes them feel good; and are willing to discriminate gays and non-Christians because of it.
Is it normal I'm Fascinated with the Human Mind?
