Yes, it's is. You know, most people only use half of their brain power! I can't remember the exact percentage, but it's pretty low. The mind is capable of many great things, but we have to learn to harness those abilities!
I think this is one of those 'facts' that gets spoken so often that people think it's true, unfortunately it's a myth. We use all of our brain, just different parts of it are used at different times. Just like a computer, if you're playing a game the graphics card kicks in. Playing a music track the sound card ramps up a notch etc.
You can see this by looking at people who have suffered any type of brain damage. Most if not all will suffer some function impairment. (What's amazing is the way the brain is able to rewire itself in order to compensate for any brain damage and they can relearn things).
