I think some people have a romanticized view of living through some apocalypse. The reality would be hell on earth.
Be grateful that you can go to the store and buy your groceries every week and not have to grow them yourself or kill animals for your meat.
While our civilization has major problems, it's still far better than most.
If we have a zombie apocalypse, we'll never have Internet again, or TV, or Skittles, or NFL games, millions of men might have to become co-husbands or stay celibate, and millions of children will be eaten alive.
Is it normal I'm disappointed the Mayans were wrong?
