People tend to fear cancer a lot even though it's much more likely to die of a cardiovascular disease or something like that plus till you get cancer there might be much more opportunities to treat it and cure it...
However, living in a 1st world country is a raising risk to actually get cancer from almost anything and it's not that unlikely to get cancer at some point in your live...
Be careful, this kind of thinking can lead to a somatic mental disorder or hypochondria. The way that you say your fear is completely irrational points to some signs that you may even have anxious tendencies.
Definitely keep up with healthy habits, but please do be alarmed if you find yourself unable to shut this worry off.
Best of luck to you.
This sounds like a psychological puzzle to me. You're not convinced that you have cancer, but you're convinced that you will eventually get it.

It's all relative. Don't think too hard on it. But it seems like pretty normal anxiety to me. Especially if you happen to have a genetic predisposition to it.
I can assure you that if you believe you will get cancer, then you surely will.
Your mind is a very powerful machine and certainly capable of either curing or causing serious medical problems. That is how the churches make their "miracles"; by convincing people so strongly that they heal themselves, it has nothing to do with some stupid god.
