Obviously it's not plain sisterly love you feel towards each other. Not saying those feelings will last forever, it might be temporary state of affection since you spend so much time together and if the feelings are mutual you shouldn't give a damn about what society thinks and just kiss eachother whie running fingers through hair, caress shoulders and etc what lovers do.
Just keep in mind that at any point of your lives either of you might come across a person that you could find more attractive. Like work colleague that you or your cousin would spend eventually more time together then the two of you.

Yes and at no point I said it doesn't apply for hetero couples. I just had to specifically point out that this applies to those girls as well because from what I conclude they are their first and only big loves in their lives and being this young they have yet a lot of potential to experience many things.
