The argument that race has nothing to do with it is not valid anymore because if 90% of the blacks are like that (rude sag etc.) than you can indeed say that race has something to do with it, so yeah its normal, although there are some good black guys out there ( i have them as friends) like the ones you see on university's , the ones that are well raised and eat like normal human beings, but most of them are like the ones u described, rude , sag , criminal,
