When I was your age, tats were only seen on bikers, ex-cons and men who were in the military or had been. I was in the USN back then, but I still couldn't see the appeal of acquiring a permanent skin disfigurement.
I've never regretted that decision for a moment, and I'm certain that a lot of people who are proud of their ink today will come to regret it when time has taken its toll and they're covered in smudgy blobs of faded colours.
I think thats why i have no tattoos because i was close to my grandpa growing up who fought in korea and his whole body was covered. He hated them and made me promise to never get them.
