Some people just wouldn't be interested in random-ass nudity, period. If I'm trying to eat my lunch and some random person (gender irrelevant) were to flash me I'd be fucking annoyed.
I mean I guess do whatever you want so long as you're not forcing it on anybody. I don't know what kinds of people live near you but I don't know anyone who would see that and take someone seriously. To each their own or whatever, yada yada.
