" Although the law doesn’t prohibit simple teasing, offhand comments, or isolated incidents that are not very serious, harassment is illegal when it is so frequent or severe that it creates a hostile or offensive work environment or when it results in an adverse employment decision (such as the victim being fired or demoted)."

IT IS NOT SEXUAL HARASSMENT. IT IS NOT HARASSMENT EITHER. Legally, at most it could be called "public lewdness" or indecent exposure, it is NOT anything like sexual harassment.

You ARE acknowledging and agreeing with rape culture if you are actually soooo offended by a minor incident. Sooooo violated, eh? lol! Raaaaape!!! I been raaaaaaped!! omg guyz!!

    • Also, look up aggressive and you may be better understanding of its use in this context. Hint: persistent, actively purposely continuing the behavior

Harassment, by definition, requires continued bothersome acts.

      • You can't just assume that all men are perverted beasts. If a woman flashed me and gave me a cookie, I'd get a little uncomfortable. I certainly wouldn't eat the cookie.

You never know what might be traumatic to some people. What if someone had suffered sexual abuse as a child and you trigger a flashback? What are you trying to prove about yourself, anyway?

I realize that there's a possibility that this is a troll thread, but I'm saying this in case you are actually serious.
