I have the same sort of relationship with my Maths teacher she gets me but that could also have something to do with we both have OCD, a love for maths and she lives in the same area as me.She has warmed to me since the start of the year even though neither me or her had any idea that the opposite had OCD, a love for Maths and that we live in the same area but thats another story. I think she must know you and your family quite well and just wants the best for you, you must be a nice person and good at whatever she teaches you too. It's totally normal but be careful in case if you tell her how you fell she may try to give you the opposite idea by not idolising you so much or not paying much attention to you because she doesn't feel the same way
