I haven't been around many tweakers but I used to see crack ho's in Philadelphia and across the river around Camden, NJ, as they walked down Broadway talking to imaginary people hovering just over them, while blue collar guys asked them for a free sample and made fun of them, laughing boisterously at their pain and misery.
Is it normal I love f***ing with tweakers?

It was a really spiritually uplifting experience.
