It's OK to borrow family members stuff to practice and explore with. Being a member of a family sort of "implies" community property to things in the home and family, as long as you aren't destroying or getting rid of those things. Some people may not like their stuff being temporarily misappropriated but everybody does it. When you have "found" yourself and what you like for dress up you will surely be buying your own. I see no problem with it.
