Is it normal i look like a zombie at 19 (white hair, grey skin)

I'm a 19 year old guy and a natural platinum blonde. My hair was basically white as a kid and didn't get darker but it got more yellow. Now my hair is going white again, It gets white at the ends and some full white hairs in the front. No grey hairs, and no balding at all, I have very thick hair. Also my skin is turning greyish (Doesn't help that my name is Greyson) even when I'm out on the beach all the time. I have very defined, high, cheek bones and sunken eyes with dark circles, so even though I'm fit and healthy in my build, I look emaciated in my face. I also have very very light green eyes.

I look like a straight up zombie, and I used to get asked all the time if I'm sick or tired. I wear brown color contacts, fake tan, and coverup stuff around my eyes now and I'm thinking of dying my hair. It really bothers me because I try pretty hard to have a nice body and to keep a clean and sharp look, but I still look like a fucking zombie. Also I live in SoCal so I really stick out as different.

I take medicine for high stress and anxiety, but I'm not a stressful or anxious person, it's more like a physical stress and anxiety than a social thing.
