I'm sensing a contradiction. You are sick of petty immature comments, yet you are participating here at IIN where most comments are petty and immature. Why don't you be a big boy and study medicine, law, or nuclear physics? Wouldn't that be a better choice? Please share your thoughts.

Yes, we understand your point, but most idiots can be avoided. Wouldn't you make more progress in the world if you did not encounter large numbers of idiots who slow you down by requiring you to explain to them why they are dumb. Consider for example, being accepted to Harvard University. Most of the professors are smart guys. You might still have to straighten out one or two professors, but you would have more time for research and publication activities.
