Is it normal i like to scratch myself on my boyfriend's stubble

When I get an itch on my hands or arms, there's nothing better than scratching it on my boyfriend's chin. He doesn't really mind and I don't do this in public but I'd like to know if anyone else does it too. IIN?

I'm a man and I do it on my girlfriend's stubble. She shaves her crotch alot so it's always kind of prickly.
