It means "my sister" in German. Me and my little brother yell horrific germanglish constantly.
It's been a thing since he graduated middle school & was nervous af & had me walk him to class on his first day of big bad high school. His first class was language: german. When I dropped him off, they had a big sign that said "welcome to Deutscheland!"
Being a good older sister who couldn't pronounce German shit, I waited till he sat down and yelled "have fun in douche land!!! You'll be FINE. You're as douche as they come!"
Everyone laughed and he made instant friends and now horrificly bad German is our inside joke/nostalgia thing. We even have nicknames for all his cats. "Miene Katza herr platzkopft" (my cat Mr squarehead). I prob spelled that wrong, but I'm douche not Deutsche.
IIN I like to read what others write in public restrooms?

Haha, funny story. I grew up bilingual so I understood but wondered where this comes from.
