  • Yes, it's normal. A lot of people have the similar habits like that. Examples: Biting your nails, chewing your hair, and other stuff that irritates your body. To end your habit, you should tape on your skin where you usually pick off on. It will remind you to stop picking your skin. The less you stop picking, the more you will end your habit.
