Is it normal i like to eat roses?

I find roses to be delicious. My wife got pissed at me the other day because I ate all of the roses in the vase on the living room table. I like the well-lubricated roses where the stems are submerged in water. It adds a certain succulent quality to the petals. Has anyone else eaten a rose before?
