That is totally gross, I'm glad I didn't decide to eat before reading this...
You are sick, I understand about people liking blood but it's not all blood on her tampon, it's pieces of her lining from her uterus, which are cells etc.
There's only a small amount of blood. I suggest therapy and soon.
