Yes its completely normal i used to do it. I also used to picj my toe ails and i developed an ingrowing toe nail on both of my big toes. I had to have nail surgery on my big toe and then on the other big toe 6 months later. I have a holiday coming up in 2 weeks and last week i stopped biting my nails. Its about my tenth time trying but i am determimed to have really nice nails for my holiday. I get my nails done every week now and they look amazing. Just find something to look forward to like christmas and say. Right i am going to have nice lomg painted nails for christmas and with alot of willpower you will achieve it :)
