Is it normal i like the song friday by rebecca black?

It's sad how young people will like anything that's put out on mainstream radio.

I will have to agree with everything MissSorel put down. Her lyrics really ARE garbage and her voice really isn't special.

MissSorel is right. there are plenty of people like musicians, producers who work hard and create great music, but yet get slapped in the face by garbage like Rebecca Black, Beiber etc. It's not right. The people who get shunned away are the people that know what they're doing. It's bullshit and it needs to end.

And as to your original question, I suppose it's normal. Everyone has their own taste. But I don't think the song is no great shakes..

I like to sing the song lol, its just so catchy. So watch away its normal. :)

Gets sent to an insane asylum for a couple weeks, talks to the therapists, makes some new friends, has a montage of me getting better. Gets prescribed pills, gets sent home, has a joyfull reunion with my family, gets on the computer and comes back to this question-.. No. That song is horrible. That song is the biggest insult to music ever. The lyrics are trash (Friday, Friday, gotta get down on Friday... >.>), her voice is terrible (I heard the acoustic version, it was possibly even worse than the recorded crap) and she is just annoying too.

There are a lot of talented people out there who work hard to get noticed or never get noticed at all, yet this girl can make a song about "Friday"...

That song is repetitive and her voice is completely autotuned. But whatever floats ur boat lol

At first I thought the song was awful, but she's just one of those artists that you have to listen to over and over to like. I now like her song, and all of the parodies!

I think it's crappy, but no worse than Justin Beiber and the like. The reason I tear it apart like I do is that it's fun. Criticizing Beiber will get you mauled by his fans, but everybody hates Rebecca Black, making her a safe target.
