    OP said, "cry over little things" like bops to the noggin or being scared by a sneeze, for example. NOT tantrums and screaming.

      What I mean is, if she finds it "cute" when the kid starts crying by means of a bump on the head or something, I bet my bottom dollar she finds it "cute" when the kid starts crying in the middle of a store.
      Not being a troll. Just, being a citizen who doesn't enjoy hearing about unconcerned parents.
