This disturbs me, because if you are at a store, I bet you are that "parent" that lets their kid throw a tantrum and scream and carry on, and disrupt everyone else who are trying to get in and get out of the store.
What I mean is, if she finds it "cute" when the kid starts crying by means of a bump on the head or something, I bet my bottom dollar she finds it "cute" when the kid starts crying in the middle of a store.
Not being a troll. Just, being a citizen who doesn't enjoy hearing about unconcerned parents.
Is it normal I like it when babies cry over little things?

OP said, "cry over little things" like bops to the noggin or being scared by a sneeze, for example. NOT tantrums and screaming.

She IS a concerned parent... >_<
Gosh, I'm not having this circular argument... just go RE-read the OP.
