    I know how to solve this issue. It is easy as fuck and works for most people like you. All you need is a chain or rope strong enough to support your weight then just hang it on a solid object which is higher than you and put the rope around your neck. Then just wait until you see a white light and your problem is solved.

    It also helps not overpopulating the planet.
