    Really it's your thing. I wouldn't worry about the sexual content being normal. On the other hand; if you two grew up together, well then it's not quite okay.     I was going to vote normal, no blood relation. The whole hot stepbrother/stepsister thing is a common fantasy, and you're living the dream. But then at the end you said "I like eating other mens semen, no homo". At least admit to being bisexual if you do this stuff. I mean on some level I could argue all of the labels are just bullshit, but if you do something like this you can't hide behind the hetero label.
