I am a bisexual man and I see both sides of this "issue" when it comes to gay and straight people. Gay men and straight men act like there are land mines all over when it comes to the other one. However, I have either the right to be both gay and straight or to be in a separate group.
Gay men and their enablers are all over shit peddling their homophobia and misogyny. So the fact that homosexual men may be the upper class in the pity/sympathy/victimhood compared to heterosexual or bisexual men. And WE BOTH are held to different social standards than gay men are. Last year, they wanted to lock up a bi dude who beat up some femme gay man for extorting and threatening to post revenge porn publicly. However, they tried crying hate crime and failed. Apparently men and women both win the spite competition
