This its exactly what i keep hearing from people. I see him every day. We work in the same building.:/ but its best to just ignore him i suppose. I mean don't get me wrong. He wasn't always a douche bag.he actually really had a way with wordsand could be really sweet. But i realized its just all a game. But you're right.
Thanks. Yeah a lot of charming word smiths turn out to be douchbags. Ignoring him would probably be your best course of action except of course when something work related might force you to interact. In those cases I would suggest just being civil and to the point without any small talk. Hang in there give yourself the love and respect you deserve.
