Is it normal i hump my blanket?

So I have been humping my blanket for 7 years now. I know thats normal, But is putting it between the lips of my vag normal? I just stick it down there and pull on the top really hard, while also clenching my vag. It makes me feel like your rubbing a dildo fast up and down. I jsut want to know if this is normal.
