  • Stop eating junk food and replace it with fruits and veggies. Take stairs more often and walk a bit every day.

    • Surely you don't hate the 'person'! You just hate the fat. Fat people can still be lovely human beings, you know!

      • Personally I hate the people. People always talk about 'inner beauty'.

What inner beauty do they have if they have no self-control to stop eating? If someone can't control themselves, they are too primal and need to learn to be civilized like a modern-age human being.

        • That's not to say that I condone anorexia either. Someone who has anorexia is someone who cares most of all about what other people think of their body. They have no self-respect, and therefor no 'inner beauty'

  • Idea: Visit the Doctor. Psychologist. Get a healthy eating plan. Go to gym for personal training sessions. Good luck.

  • I have one meal a day most days and walk about 4kms a day and up and down stairs and I have 3 rolls on my tummy when I bend over. When I stand up straight they disappear. Surely food is an issue, but I don't think that it is the only cause.

  • I used to have three rolls, but they never affected my ability to climb stairs. And they disappeared when I would stand up. You are weird.

  • I hit enter by accident on my last comment and it wouldn't let me go back.. anyway.. Not only the processed foods, and exercising, but if you drink green tea every day and eat almonds and other healthy UNPROCESSED foods and in particular high fructose corn syrup is EVIL.. I've done this myself and my energy level is that of a 3 year old, for real! A big improvement!

  • Ok, the best thing you could really do that has done wonders for my energy level, CUT OUT PROCESSED FOODS!

  • if this isn't a troll, that's not healthy. it shouldn't be a pain to simply walk. start exercising and eating healthy. that's the best thing to do.
