Is it normal i have spike formations on my top lip?

So basically, below my sinuses on my top lip, they aren't solid its part of the lip structure, but theres sharp inclines reaching about halfway to my sinuses and they also aren’t as far forward as the rest of my top lip is? Should i be worried?

This sounds like a common birth defect. The worse one is called "cleft pallet."

If you are functioning well there is no reason to surgically fix it.

Most surgical fixes in western countries are done on very young children (weeks to months old) so that everything grows together as part of normal growth.

Similar repairs can be done on adults.
