Is it normal i have sharp pain around nostrils when i touch my nose?

This has happened before but when I touch my nose or rub it I get a really sharp pain in my nostrils. It's not dryness from rubbing too much and I don't have sores or pimples around there, it's not swollen either it just hurts really bad. It not way up in my sinuses either. Is it normal my nose is hurting so much and does anyone know how to fix it?

    See a doctor. My nose hurts every now and then but it's either due to The occasional cold sores or if I clean in there too much. Also, when the latter happens my nose tends to bleed slightly.

    Have you snorted any drugs recently? I used to do a lot of drugs, especially cocaine (this was a long time ago), and I used to get that sometimes and still do to this day and I haven't done that in 2 years
