I get them in the form of allergic reactions. If you've tried any new body wash products recently, it could be related to that.
I had to stop using Old Spice body wash because of this.
If it's not that, I'd recommend just popping by your family doctor to have a dermatologist look at it.
But don't worry, Nobody looks at conditions like that that are fairly common as anything other than "Oh, she must have allergies."
