I forgot to mention that a few of my friends with single parents feel the same way. Several even thought when they grew up it would just be them (the one parent) and their kids. And CountessDouche is right, let go of that anger. You're only hurting yourself. A man like that isn't worth your energy or emotions. They may not be worth the polish on my nails...
