I think the best first step would be to learn to like yourself. You'll never be anybody else, only you. If you don't like your body, you can change that. Do some research on healthy eating and start going jogging/running or whatever. If you don't feel like leaving the house you could always just dance or do aerobics. Once you feel comfortable with yourself, then you can start to build on other aspects of life.
