  • Get diagnosed. Im sick of all these people who self diagnose mental illness. Just because u feel anxious doesnt mean u have an anxiety dissorder. Everyone feels anxiety, having an actually dissorder is a lot more complicated than that.

    • Excuse me but I don't just make a diagnosis for the hell of it! I have gone through panic attacks on a daily basis for more than 5 months to the point where i couldn't eat, sleep or function. This was over 2 years ago bit now I have mini panic attacks on a daily basis that are draining.
