Chances are unlikely that your eye will have to be taken out or that you have those other diseases.
Have you tried blowing it out? Or, flushing it out with water. Though, it seems to be that strong wind would be the most effective and invasive method.
Does the are look irritated? I'm not trying to scare you but I think having objects in the eye for prolonged periods can cause infections. And if you don't use that eye, it might make it weaker.
Is it normal I have an eyelash in my eye THIS LONG!?

If a doctor could put you under anesthesia would you let them take it out? I worry what sort of effect this will have on your eye health.
No I just walk around with one eye closed.
