That's funny because you feel EXACTLY the same way I felt like 2 weeks ago, until I found a decent job..
I'm 17 and people where I live start working at 14-15, witch is to me RIDICULOUS but anyways.. So for 2 years my parents were telling me : GET A JOB IM NOT GIVING YOU ONE CENT BLALBALBAL
But I stayed at school, took my time and i FOUND GREAT job at a Gas Station
But I feel for you, before you really start, it sucks
Just really do what you think is right for YOU
If you donT want the job, the employer will se it ( that's what happened to me) but when the time will come.. well
I don't know if you go to school but u should if u dont and get a part time job its worth it
