you are not dumb you need a background,experiences,Brain training..my advice meet people (not dumb ones) and try to have a serious conversation about anything if you have not dumb friends you will not be dumb try to faces it not accept it... try to make conversations with people older ,same-age or even your parents conversation about anything any thing but something make sense and something they like to talk about..as much u deal with more things as much u have more experiences...when you didn't know something google it or ask someone...this is all i can say try to figure out everything you are not dumb at all don't be dumb and say ur dumb this is like advice for little brother..!
