It was most used as a way for poor teenagers in Britain and the German states to get free passage to the American colonies. They would work for a fixed number of years, then be free to work on their own.) A home and food for labour. Now what they are usually doing is hooking or begging on the streets. In fact some of them are raped. I think this would be a bit more pleasant and beneficial for both the person hiring and the homeless. So whats your point? If we had this we might have less homeless youth.
