Well actually this would be very helpful. Since these people would be housed and they would be able to get more free aid for school. The law currently says to get grants, you have to either be low income or become low income by being homeless/not living with family for a year. Yet nothing says your parents are responsible for paying school or doing anything for you after 18 at which point a lot of people are kicked out. The shelter would be able work out a schedule but still have them working some of the time. That or they could work out a way to get people school for cheaper/free. However if they made it completely free they might have it turn into the crap other primary schooling has turned into. For those who did not want to go to school they just stay working at the shelter maybe given opportunity to become part of management. Also im not making a lot of money myself. I just hate seeing it. Also slaves are forced this would be people volunteering.
