This sounds like every family ruinion I have ever had. Me and my cousins are usually all together in one room playing video games and other stuff like that. I just don't see how you don't love seeing your family every years. I don't get to see my extended family that often and my dad(Direct family) disowned me. So I wish I could see my extended family everyday. I know they actually care about me and like having me around. Christmas is about more than Gifts it about Family. I always get stressed before Christmas because I have to get everyone a gift but I do this every year. I am always happy to see the rest of my family.
