I didn't know people still use emails that much heh... but I know what you mean, for formal emails it does take me forever to make it sound just right, not too formal as to be snippy and not too demanding... even when it's only like 3 lines long. I guess it's one of those things where the anticipation of what you'll have to go through is enough to block any motivation for writing it even if that is the easy part
